 You're trying really hard to get people going. Perhaps head to the MYM thread and put out the 'Eddie is not a hypocrite' beacon and wait for illumineddie to show up.

That's a high bar there.

Being gassed by Hitler during WWII would've been worse than getting a brick through my window. I still don't want the brick through my window.

Another thought: "Getaway" and "Let the Records Play" are rhyming titles, the same as "A Thousand Days Before" and "Blood on the Valley Floor." Those are awesome songs, so maybe these will be too?

Record is another word for album, thriller by Michael Jackson is an album, maybe this song will sound like Billie jean?

It's very possible.

While a Western guitar motif lost on the swings drum bass fusion, get your own thoughts into the subconscious often forgotten. "Pendulum" is a sweeping soul from the ballast.

I just feel like for a band like them even if you dont like Supersonic the rest of the albums pretty good. And there previous self titled album was real good to. Im not worried about this one sucking Mind Your Manners and Lightning Bolt both sound like great tunes and thats a great enough start for me.

"Thriller" by Michael Jackson was an answer on Family Feud last night. "Feud" sounds like "Dude", so maybe this album will be Pearl Jam's "The Big Lebowski".

I can see my opinion on this topic forming already.

This is pure speculation.

Guys, I keep revisiting the LTRP artwork and finding things which link it to other artworks. Here I go:

The two circles (the record itself, as well as the 'dial' on the top right) are the same colours as the bullet and bullet-holes in the revolver, respectively.

We have a lightning bolt striking the middle. That lightning strike seems to be sending a signal / message outwards. Visually, the soundwaves form the grooves on the record but they also allude to the soundwaves emanating from the cross-shaped mast on the front cover, and also possibly the fish scales on the SW artwork.

Combine this stuff with the fact that we have a needle scratch sound (suggesting that this song is about an ending) and the allusions to past track records and legacy in the title, we might have an interesting song about the 'reviewing the records' of those who preach at us.

Or we could somethin' else.

The MYM artwork featured a gun. The song doesn't. This has me worried about the other cool things the songs might not feature.
