In no way would I want new Star Wars movies that were a redo of those originals. If that were even possible.
Lotta kids today don’t even like the originals and rebels and the prequels etc are their Star Wars.
Don’t agree at all that they have the same design, characterisation and pacing. They’re in the same bloodline but in no way the same template.
This is evidenced by many people complaints about them not being an exact copy/ enough like the originals for their taste
A lot going on in this post
And you know it’s all true.

George Lucas doesn't strike me as a racist guy, but you've gotta admit it was, at the very least, a weird choice.
Full disclosure, I haven't seen the prequels since they were released in theaters and am basing my opinion off of Griffin Newman's impressions of these characters.

I can point you to thousands of bad Irish stereotypes in your life so far, you don’t notice or ignore.
I can point you to two Northern Irish accents in phantom menace you have never even noticed. But that’s not stereotypes.
Cos they’re white. And human in this context.
And you haven’t seen the films we’re talking about?
Fuck off.
Or at least find out what you’re talking about before talking out of your ass.
