The ocean around there is the coldest I’ve ever swam in. Can’t imagine being out in it surfing for hours, even with a thick wetsuit.

I’m pretty sure Carmel is the setting for the original Parent Trap movie starring Haley Mills x2

I've done a lot of my own electrical work, including installing a new breaker and wiring part of the crawlspace in my old house for an office. Well, we sold that house to someone my wife works with. This week, on the google group for the neighborhood (which we never unsubscribed from), they were asking if anyone else was having weird electrical issues. I was shitting my pants, but staying silent.

Turns out, it was a problem with the power going into the house. Nothing I would have had access to.

It kind of sucks knowing the people that own your old house.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Whoever said Frontpoint for the security system question, that’s the one I went with. Impressed with their customer service and it was super easy to install.

Remember to reverse the fan blades in the winter.

Hey, the only electrical problem on the inspection was stuff done by a pro.
