Google Chiropractor Horror Stories. I'm sure it can help some people but it's quackery. My friend is an ER doctor in a major metropolitan area. He's told me many stories of chiro adjustments gone wrong coming in and hates it when chiros refer to themselves as "doctors".

“Quackery” seems like a big overstatement. I think like most medical professionals, there’s a range in quality of work and bedside manner. I did some research before going to find one who looked like a good fit — holistic, gentle, engaged in continuing education for her discipline.

I have no doubt people could get really hurt if they put themselves in the wrong hands. But as it stands, my neck has not felt this good in a couple years.

Quackery is the perfect word for it, actually.
