Other than Pearl Jam, who else is there?

Yeah I don't know a ton about this stuff but he's crazy into fitness and self improvement right now. One would think you can't burn that hot on either end of the spectrum and maintain.

Fascinating interview. He drops “bro” a lot but I really want to dig into his music more. Arthur that is.

And I will definitely ready Lanegan memoir

I have a copy of the Ballad of Boogie Christ on vinyl he drew all over on for me. That's probably my favorite of his. He's been talking up a new record in the fall and I'm curious to see what he's come up with after spending some time in this woke sober fitness guy phase.

You’ve never loved him more.

Also I didn’t think RNDM actually “split” considering it was a side project

i dont think RNDM split. Mainly it has to do with PJ touring around those years.

I really hope for new music of those guys.

I really don't think Mark looks that terribly bad, he's had the grill for a while now. At 54 years old and more than half of that battling addiction, you're not going to be the prettiest dude out there. He sounds happy and coherent and the interview itself was excellent. Don't think I've ever seen him that comfortable and laugh so much in an interview before

yeah he seems happy. But it looks to me like he aged 20 years since the Bourdain episode.
It had to have fucked him up Bourdain was reading his memoir drafts around the time he died.

I wonder which song from Field Songs is the one he "borrowed". One Way Street? Also, did Dime ever tell us why he thinks this way: http://forums.theskyiscrape.com/viewtop ... 2#p1345362

Between Bourdain and especially Dave Rosser, agree it definitely appears to have impacted him. Guess I didn't realize how close him and Dave were but makes sense now that I think back to how much touring he did with him during the first half of the decade

I'm still pissed about Rosser. He was a true gem.

It’s don’t forget me. There’s a cellphone YouTube clip of it. He cracks up when the audience takes over the chorus.
