There should be a law in the US whenever an event is postponed or delayed to lightning that this song MUST be played, over and over again. I was watching and thought the same thing, is that sad now that everytime there's a weather delay I find myself singing that chorus?

I just had another look at the OTE lyrics, and man are they basic. I'm speculating that they actually added to the lyrics and may have changed the name. Like someone earlier suggested 'Swallowed Whole'.

I said it a couple days ago, but I have a suspicion that Swallowed Whole is the soundcheck song. I've been listening to it and at multiple points it sounds like Eddie is saying "swallowed whole"

But the lyric "Swallowed Hole" also fits well with OTE's verses, so who knows.

I'm going to venture to say that with only 1 or 2 new song titles left to reveal, PJ is doing surprisingly well in the "horrible song title" category.

I'm actually with you on this. I have a great sound system in my car and I think there is a Reaaal Possibilitayyyyy that Ed is singing "swallowed whole" at numerous spots in that soundcheck recording. Of course we won't know for sure till we actually hear the track.

Well, I'm glad I missed this evenings' song titles due to drinking beer and nachos. My Father's Son could be good; have been dreading SBM since day 1 of the rumour, and there it is, kinda disappointed. I mean, even if it sounds incredible (a la Can't Keep, not that I subscribe to the CC situation fandom, but it's not that bad...), it's still not a new song, that cou;d have been filled with OTE (permanently scrapped until LDII) or CConfession or LIR.

Colour me perplexed.

Tomorrow will be Infallible, followed by LB.
