Mike is on fire and the lyrics he has contributed are his best yet.
Ed is sounding like the grizzled veteran he is. His ability to get inside characters and capture their despair in the moment is as good as it gets.
Matt, while losing the odd time signature drumming he is famous for, is really the driving force of the songs and album.
Jeff plays bass, and there is some bass in every song.
Boom, while his place in the band may be up for debate, the stamp he's placed on this album is not.
BOB harkens back to his younger days, putting fresh ears on a veteran band.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.
