I really love that transition. I actually really like the Evacuation, AtW, Sunburn run. Something about that "story" really works for me.
This tournament seems really intersting, and fun.
Im listening to the first playlist right now (durdencommatyler) and its really, really good so far, the other all look great in paper, so I think picking votes will be very hard.
RM PJ Playlist #2

Stip took some greatest hits and made a rock opera, but durden just has more songs that I would want to put on a playlist and listen to. As far as Amongst the Waves, if it has any chance at all, placing it after Evacuation is pretty much the coolest place that song could go.
ccanad/monkey_driven was hard to decide. Both have a few of my absolute favourites.
tass man has a few songs straight from the top of my list. I wanted Stangest Tribe so bad. But darth vedder put together a nice playlist top to bottom.
numbers and varis was another tough decision. So many great playlists! We're getting too good at this.
I was gonna say stuff about each team, but this is pretty much what I was thinking, so I'll just quote it.
durdencommatyler-- stip was ridiculously hard for me. They're so different, but both really good in their own way. I'd rather listen to Durden's playlist and it is more consistently good IMO. Stip's on the other hand isn't sexy, but has four 5 star songs and listening to it is a pretty good reminder of the PJ I fell in love with almost 15 years ago. There are some GREAT songs on his squad that I'd never really seek out anymore, but I enjoyed listening to again.
Because of the playlist element I am going to take Durden. If I just looked at songlists like I usually do it would have been stip.
durdencommatyler monkey_driven darth vedder Best team in either tourney. numbers

I listened to my tracklist last night. God damn I think I may have drafted the worst team in the history of this event. Nearly every song that came up I thought "I drafted that when ______ was probably available?"
Fuck!
You have to shave your nipples if you want to be with me.

It's been a pretty good year for me. But I wouldn't say it was the best year of my life. But a lot happened for the better. Though it's been easy to focus on the shitty parts of the year, so far. But I still got half a year to go, and things are look swell.
