It's funny to hear him say that he hit on fans while he was married, that he was arrogant, and abusive, but he's angry that people would believe bad things about him.

What's most damning is her + her boyfriend's reaction. "I'm done talking about this, and moving on with my life" is a terrible response to that video. If he was lying or misrepresenting things, now would be the time to speak up.

Signore remains an utter creep, of course. "wow i can't believe i get to see you naked lol wow :) " Also "I am blurring these naked pictures to take the higher road" jesus christ dude.

I dunno. responding is like encouraging further dialogue.

A far more interesting question is how does an innocent get justice in the era of search engines and big data? The accusations never go away.

isn't that what the purpose of that one law in Europe is? That you can have an online 'death' of news or something? Lord knows my google keywords aren't bringing up anything right now.

"Right to be forgotten" is the phrase I think you're referring to. If so, it's ironic that you mentioned Google, since they've been in the crosshairs of a lot of those advocates. It's also something that would never fly in the land of the First Amendment.

Signore admits he was a shitty, pervy guy. He wasn't prosecuted for attempted rape. He lost his job. People lose jobs all the time for being shitty, pervy guys, especially when you're job is in showbiz.

This is not the railroaded innocent man you're looking for to make your point.

That doesn’t really help though, right? This particular assclown is a minor celebrity and his name was mentioned next to Harvey W. is many, many articles. Just because google won’t respond to queries with his name in the EU doesn’t mean Hollywood Reporter or wherever those screenshots came from is going to go back and purge his name. I suspect accusations on social media are now permanent records for the accused. This could be a cash cow for lawyers.

I'm not convinced, the number of totally innocent men, railroaded by #MeToo (which, I know, exist) has yet risen to a level that makes me think it's a bigger problem than the number of women assaulted, harassed, and raped by men who faced no consequence.

Though I wouldn't mock a particular man for crying over false accusations, I will mock men in general, who are afraid that they can't be men for fear of accusations.

Warren Moon and Kevin Johnson are really the only athletes who have disappointed me with this stuff.
