Tonight was beans and cornbread, fried okra, fried potatoes and tuna patties. With some nice green onions. And I made the wife fried green tomatoes.

the mother-in-law dropped off a bunch of cucumbers so I made English Tea Cucumber Sandwiches. Not quite the same as the tea place but close enough for dinner.

Really weird list of ingredients as well. I love recipes like this because it makes me wonder at the first person to think "what if I added this to that..."
