Yep... worked. Didn't really excite me, though, without a lead single uploaded. That was the hope, and what I deduced from one of hellboy's recent posts. Back to the bootleg live recordings for now...Rangi Guy wrote:Try searching for a song title, then it should pop up. Apparently searching for Tool doesn't bring up their stuff. No lead single. Should only be a couple of weeks for the single, or the long talked about The Pot video or extended Opiate

Re: TOOL
HDtracks has them and they're all 96/24 releases. The 20% code for this weekend is HDAUG20 so use that if you have an account there.

Re: TOOL
HOT TAKE: I listened to Lateralus and 10k Days this week and I think 10k Days has aged much, much better. There were long stretches of Lateralus were I found myself feeling bored, and I did not even get through the final few tracks. 10k Days not only kept my attention all the way through, but felt a bit more full and textured. Got me excited for the new album for the first time, really.

I listened to Lateralus tonight during an 11pm run. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Glad they finally got their shit up on streaming.

It just doesn't get better than Lateralus, imo...verb_to_trust wrote:I listened to Lateralus tonight during an 11pm run. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Glad they finally got their shit up on streaming.

Re: TOOL
I've never seen the point from a personal perspective to sign up to a streaming service, but there's rumors floating around that the quality released to the streaming sites being of better quality than what's previously been out there and people are apparently hearing stuff previously lost in the mix - so now I'm re-evaluating my stance

that's where I went.Teeeeeekay wrote:You could just snag them off HDTracks.
Lateralus already had a 24-bit release on the CD, so I'm interested to hear the difference here.

Re: TOOL
It's got a Zeppelin song on it and that's a very likely culprit.Simple Torture wrote:Poor Salival getting left off streaming services.
Also as likely: They forgot that they released something called Salival.

Re: TOOL
Good thing I still have my DVD boxset of Salival.
Those Third Eye and Pushit live versions are awesome.

Re: TOOL
Yeah I barely listen to Tool anymore, but when I do it’s usually something from Salival or Lateralus.
