We've even gone oldskool "diehard fan" and bought a bottle of wine for the occasion.

Aye. If y'all would quit nit picking everything the band does, there wouldn't be an issue.
There's the dog. You can't fake that stuff. Confess with your mouth.

Re: Lightning Bolt -- guess the tracks!
Honestly, I'm getting bored of rehashing my issues with everything they've done. It's because noobies keep asking me what my problem is, and it's so annoying, I have to respond. I shouldn't respond. I don't have a problem with PJ other than one or two albums not being the best. Which in the grand scheme of things is hardly as important as the fact that we voted not to bomb Syria.

Aye. I'd like to think excitement (not cynicism) has caused me to log 20+ hours in this forum this week.

In my head, I've been trying to imagine what they'll do with SBM, and everything I have is OK to really cool. They may well circumvent the lot and use harpsichord in place of the guitar, I don't know.

I've resigned myself to the fact that after this reveal, there will be another few weeks of nothing at all.

Aye. This has been a really cool week, really enjoying the reveals. Not getting any work done either. A lot of the nitpicking, is just that, nitpicking. I think the vibe here is pretty positive so far.
I think today's order will go:
Infallible
Lightning Bolt
Seems fitting to end the reveal with the title track.

Yes, possibly. At the very least we have a couple of RM members going so they should give us a 'liked it' or 'didn't like it'.NothingBetterMan wrote:Surely something will come from the listening parties, no?harmless wrote:I've resigned myself to the fact that after this reveal, there will be another few weeks of nothing at all.

But that would leave 1 more, they have only revealed 8 of the 12 not counting MYMEJ wrote:Aye. This has been a really cool week, really enjoying the reveals. Not getting any work done either. A lot of the nitpicking, is just that, nitpicking. I think the vibe here is pretty positive so far.
