Well, the general consensus here stippy is that the LB artwork is the red on black version of the cover artwork. :nice:

Seems to me that cover artwork is attempting to tie together all or multiple themes from the song artwork we've seen (moon, radio tower, etc.). . . . .

r u lookin at the same art we all are? its the exact same style. MYM artwork may be a little less detailed than the rest, but its clearly the same exact style.
I'll bet you your favorite Dave bootleg and when I win I get to film myself throwing it in the garbage.

That's what I'm thinking too. I think there will be another specific one just for the title track.

A bad song with good lyrics is still a bad song.
Um, not if it's the lyrics that spoil it... I thought that was the point I'd made?
Yellow Ledbetter has horrible lyrics. Noone's been able to decipher them in 20+ years!
Yellow Ledbetter isn't a great song. But regardless, if its lyrics are indecipherable the song is saved. The lyrics to Supersonic (and most of Backspacer) are crystal-clear, which is a problem when they're terrible.
Musically, YL is a great song. Mike's take on Little Wing...
That's what makes it not a great song. It's a good one though, and I enjoy it. But it's effectively an instrumental that I hum to live.
no, its great. i like that you call it an "instrumental" b/c this is probably one of the best examples of eddie vedder's voice as an instrument. it doesnt really matter what the lyrics are, his voice is so emotive it completely carries the song. i think its one of the best songs they've ever written, even if its just mike's take on a jimi hendrix song.

ur point was bad lyrics can ruin a good song.
vtt's point is a bad song cant be fixed by good lyrics.
IT'S THE LYRICS THAT SPOIL THE SONG THE MUSIC IS FINE

Is that clear enough? Look, if Verb, or anyone else, thinks that PJ are just blanketly shit and any compliment towards them is insufferable, they can keep it to themselves, is that OK?
Hey, I say good things too.
Yeah, you do. Sorry I got angry; I'm just happier with Backspacer than you, musically (not lyrically) and a bad song for you isn't necessarily a bad song for me, musically.

But fuck it... we have a reveal to look forward to.

No one was ever "wrong about certain things" either, so hey, let's call that a draw.
