Something not being accounted for here is that those pasture raised Whole Foods eggs, which btw are on sale this week, taste significantly better than Aldi eggs.

Pasture raised will almost always taste better assuming 1) they are fresher and 2) the refrigeration chains are more tightly monitored.

A friend of mine just called to get my take on what a fair beer cocktail price would be. He's having a beer based take on a moscow mule with some sort of small batch lime sour beer mixed with some house made ginger beer. Based on what he described, I guessed he paid $8. He said that's exactly what he paid but was surprised to hear that I thought that was a fair price.
