Kenobi series is perfectly placed to have characters from the prequels like Ahsoka and qui gon appear. And Yoda and Luke going the other way.

We want to see those elements brought in. Silly to think they won’t to some degree

Hera would be another great one. But it will probably be someone like Kanan, which would be fine too

This one might be difficult to meet expectations. Obi Wan is such an incredible character with immense depth. We all want differen things from it. There are a million different ways to do this.

Is it best served as a swashbuckling adventure? Or a man picking up the pieces of a failed past?

Possibly. But I think they are going to focus anything Ezra on continuing his story in another animated series, and mainly where he went after Rebels. I think Filoni even mentioned that may happen? Not sure though. But yeah, they could make him a cameo.

Question:

In the episode of Rebels where Maul meets his ultimate fate, is there any dialogue that says he and Obi-Wan haven’t met since TPM? Or Clone Wars it they met in that? (I can’t remember specifically if they did actually meet in Clone Wars)

Thrawn and Ezra were on a ship pulled into hyperspace by those space whales that can travel hyperspace naturally so they could be anywhere

It appears as though he sacrificed himself to save everyone from thrawn, with he and Thrawn being thrust into hyperspace with the Purgil, but we don't know if he and/or Thrawn died or survived.

Just as there’s no indication Vader and kenobi haven’t met again between sith and hope.
He’s more machine no than man.

How does kenobi know that

Because he saw his legs and arms get fucking burned off? He’s kept up with the current events of a person that’s sworn to hunt him down and kill him?

And your comparison is incorrect. There actually IS dialogue to support Obi-Wan and Vader not meeting. I was asking if Maul and Obi-Wan have met between TPM or Clone Wars and that episode of Rebels.
