Just as there’s no indication Vader and kenobi haven’t met again between sith and hope.
He’s more machine no than man.

How does kenobi know that
Because he saw his legs and arms get fucking burned off? He’s kept up with the current events of a person that’s sworn to hunt him down and kill him?

And your comparison is incorrect. There actually IS dialogue to support Obi-Wan and Vader not meeting. I was asking if Maul and Obi-Wan have met between TPM or Clone Wars and that episode of Rebels.
Vader was an unknown quantity within even the upper echelons of the empire and imperial fleet staff. Nobody knows he’s Anakin (except thrawn). He’s the emperors hand and answers to none. So there is no current events for obi wan to keep up with. It wasn’t on broadcast news.
Unless kenobi can sense him in the force, as far as kenobi knows, Anakin is dead. Which he can’t cos Vader would sense him back. See the hangar bay in anh

Right there is your door to Ahsoka turning up and telling Kenobi Anakin is Vader and she faced him (rebels) and he’s alive.

This doubles down on obi wan having to protect Luke.

This whole series could be Vader obsessed with hunting down obi wan. He knows he’s out there. He just doesn’t know where. Last place he’d look? Planet Anakin grew up on
Yes, that is great. he hates sand. Of course Vader wouldn't go there.

But again, all of that can happen without Vader actually appearing. I love the idea of Ahsoka being the one to inform Obi Wan of Anakin/Vader

I also want Vader to be here and i hope to get moments with Anakin in solitude, also thinking about what happened. Bring Hayden back, shoot a few scenes without the helmet...just Vader sitting thinking about Padme and his kids.

I would say the liklihood is high for an OT or Prequels character or characters to appear in this. This has the name Obi-wan attached to it, so it is going to draw more casual fans than say Cassian or Mandalorian. So to keep those casual fans interested, you would have to have Leia, Vader, the droids, Anakin, Padme, Han & Chewie, Boba Fett, Yoda, etc. in some cameos.

Best thing in the whole goddamn movie and you didn’t care for it.

I despair
Ha!

It ended up being a cool sequence. I'm saying that before R1 came out, the last thing I cared about was whether or not Vader WOULD BE in the movie. I like how they ultimately used him, though.

That's all time line dependent, too.

100%
It’s doesnt have to depend on all the characters you mentioned but it’s the biggest window and opportunity to bring them in. Disney want this streaming service to take over.
You really think they won’t use Vader or yoda or all of them to make it happen?

They 100% meet in The Clone Wars. Maul does some devastating shit.

There is 0 indication whatsoever that they met again between that final meeting in TCW and their fight in Rebels.

This is probably a good time to revisit this. And If you didn’t know Ewans uncle was the actor who played Luke’s pal Wedge Antilles in the OT? Now you do.
