Nah. I know this is a continuation of the skywalker saga, but it is also a new story about these new characters and hero's.

Dont pull a pearl jam on me. Spend 5 years coming up with new music and then stop playing them after the first few shows of your tour.

Some old school OT fans who are old enough to remember are reminding me that there was speculation between ANH and Empire that Obi-Wan Kenobi's name was a actually a Clone Designation (OB-1). A whole theory sprung up around the idea of Kenobi being a clone even back then!

Is Dark Rey a clone? Are all Skywalkers clones? Clones clones clones? CLONES???!!!

Man, if the internet had been a thing back then. Woooo!

Palpatine kicking Rey and Kylos ass.
Huge big force rumble in the speakers. Camera cuts to Anakin skywalker force ghost standing there. Rey and Kylo shocked! Palpatine starts begging Anakin to help him.
Anakin goes ‘you two should leave now’. They leave. And obi wan yoda Luke qui gon mace windu force ghosts all appear and do what they should have fucking done long ago and they all take on Palpatine and break his spirit and vanquish him forever.

It’s so sad our head canon is often better than what we end up with.
That sounds awful.
And that’s why it’s gonna happen :)

Here for it. All of it.
yea this sounds so awful and completely negates all of the character building of the new trilogy.

"Hey here are these new characters, but we actually dont need them, hey mace and yoda kill palpatine!"

From a certain point of view.

From a crowd pleasing director and a rabid audience it screams FUCK YEAH

I wasn’t aware of it back in the day. I seem to remember something back then about Lando being a clone, tho. And it seems like early on, Fett was supposed to have fought in the Clone Wars but not necessarily be a Clone.

I love that clones have always been a go-to theory in the fandom. Makes me happy.

George was in control. Of the prequels and clone wars

Why the fuck was it a clone army?
Palpatine the genius ordered a clone army of some random guy.

And not a clone of himself or some powerful Jedi?
Same guy introduced midchlorians
I always hoped the clones were evil Jedi
Lucas was an idiot

Sifo-Dyas order the Clone Army, though. Not Palpatine.

The rest of your points are totally valid.
