Totally agree. It wasn't one that stood out on first listen but it's one that has grown a lot with subsequent listens. I adore this track.VinylGuy wrote:and the guitars too. They sound different, very poppy of course, but also kinda crunchy. Love the vocals, melody...The production is awesome in this one.

Is anyone talking about the new album? Before it came out it seemed that everybody had something to say about it, now that its out its really quiet everywhere...
Is that a good or bad thing?? Is it making any waves??
Their first live show without Janet is coming up tomorrow....World tour will start in a couple of weeks....

I think things just move much faster now, it's harder for any album to have any kind of impact, even divisive ones. Ten years ago, there probably would've been more conversation about it, but conversations move much quicker now. One of the biggest pop stars in the world released an album a few weeks ago, and it kind of already feels like we've moved on from talking about it to a large degree.joostone wrote:Is anyone talking about the new album? That being said, I'm shocked there hasn't been any leaks about potential drummers.

I've been listening to "The Center Won't Hold" a lot. It's great. Maybe next time I listen to it I'll post some random thoughts.

Breakerfall as well.tragabigzanda wrote:Listening to older SK when the new one came out, then listened to Binaural yesterday, it really hit me how much of an influence SK were on Ed at that time. Both Grievance and Insignificance seem to have some SK riffs in their DNA.
I know I've heard Ed say Sad feels like its a SK song/riff.
