Re: Lightning Bolt -- guess the tracks!
i'd always assumed Sleeping By Myself was about Beth and him releasing the uke album was more about getting that bunch of songs out at the suggestion of his friends. Like therapy almost
Interesting that Ed would want to include it again

Getaway
Mind Your Manners
My Father's Son
Sirens
Lightning Bolt
Infallible
Pendulum
Swallowed Whole
Let The Records Play
Sleeping By Myself
Yellow Moon
Future Days
I hope Getaway will be a slow jam like Of A Girl, Sometimes, or Can't Keep
My Fathers Son Mid tempo anthem
Sirens epic
I hope this follows the No Code Code

Yeah. I think I'm imagining something like Wilco's "Reservations", but with the piano being much less front-and-center.LetMeSleep wrote:Bold production choices?

I think 'Getaway' will be, or contain, the instrumental moody part on the tour video.

No, i've seen it just once and it was enough until the album comed out. I remember the cheese piano, but that's itharmless wrote:Have you seen the Videogremmie version? (Full disclosure: I can't stand Man Of The Hour)

Y'know, when it was just the cover, I couldn't see Don Pendleton's touch, but now that we have the whole thing, I can see his style in the LB artwork.
