Funny that you bring up the significance (again). While I do think these joyless scolds had a lot more power at one time (like around the time this thread was created), it does seem that the good guys are winning handily lately. Turns out you can just laugh at them and all they can do is stomp their feet and call you fragile or toxic or a bigot (and maybe try to ruin your career, but...)

So I agree that they're not very important, at least for the moment. The war's not over, but there is reason to believe the tide has turned. This is great news. Too bad they've infested so much of the media and other institutions already, but every war has its casualties.

I still think this thread serves a useful purpose: relentlessly mocking these resentful, brainwashed prudes. So I'll use it for that purpose for a little while longer.

I'm sure there will be some scathing expose on the evil racist history of cowboy hats soon, and I will be there. Waiting.

Crazy week in the gamergate/SJW twitter warz. Zoe Quinn accused some dude in the game industry of sexual and physical abuse (among other things), and then a few days later he killed himself. Then she deleted her account. Though Quinn is one of the more vile creatures to slither around on the planet, there is some indication that she was telling the truth in this case. The dude seemed pretty crazy.
