Just thinking about that. They main reason you’ll probably never see Ahsoka live action is the fanbase are fuckin devoted to Ashley Eckstein and if it isn’t her playing Ahsoka they’ll riot.

I've heard others say the same thing and I just disagree. I can only speak for myself, but as a huge Ahsoka fan, I don't want Eckstein to play her. I want to see her in live action and I want someone else to play the part. I just don't think it needs to be her at all.

I think the real reason you won't see her in live action is Dave Filoni.

That seems counter intuitive. Why wouldn’t Dave want to bring us more of her?

It's his baby. He won't do it or allow it without full control. So if they give him a live action show, you may see it. But I suspect that the next time we see her it'll be in an animated show that Filoni runs.
