That Falcon ride looks simultaneously awesome and dumb. I suppose I’m too old for that shit.

I thought that Avatar ride was going to suck ass, and it was the best thing I rode at Disney World. They do some amazing shit at that park.

Star Wars fans are the worst

What's funny is they are not even stealing real SW props. It's just manufactured crap for the park. It's not like any of this was in the movies.

You need to sell a kidney to visit that park. if you have kids forget about it.
It’s obscenely expensive.

But boohoo. Disney lost some coasters from their Star Wars bar.

Depends. Are they those cardboard type coasters that you see a lot in taverns / restaurants? I think those are fair game because they won't reuse them.

People have bench stealing knobs buttons and switches from inside the Falcon and selling them on eBay.

Nuts

Well, it's not like they're selling their coaster or taking one extra. They're stuffing all they can get their fingers on into bags and selling. Wiping out all the maps. Stuff like that.

And yanking shit off the Falcon in indefensible. Ebay should cancel those memberships.

We got our invite for the pass holder preview week in August. Too much effort and cost to get down there though.

So what exactly is at Galaxy's Edge?

2 rides?
1 restaurant?
1 lightsaber building place
1 droid building place
1 store

I'm counting 5 restaurants and 5 stores. ... not counting the lightsabers and droids.

Scrimshaw said he spent 13 hours there. He did not, however, distinguish, how much of that was in the cantina.

My wife and I are in Orlando for the weekend for the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. We had no intention of going to Galaxy’s Edge but it’s dead down here so we went over to look around. It was pretty empty. Overall I was kinda underwhelmed. The life size falcon was pretty cool. Ran into Chewie and Rey. She told me there were Stormtroopers around the corner and went on her merry way. Smugglers run was a 40 min wait which is fantastic for a new ride but we want to wait till we bring the kids in April. It’s hot as fuck down her which I think dampened my enthusiasm.
