Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I’m partway through S2 and it feels like it’s spinning its wheels

I just finished S2 last night. I loved the final two episodes. The rest was a mixed bag. I said S1 was probably a B- for me and I'd say because this one had a couple of really great standout episodes and I loved the way the B plot mirrored and A plot, in sometimes obvious, but always compelling ways. I like Tench more than Ford, too, so focusing on him a little more was appreciated. I think S2 is probably a solid B, for me.
