I can’t post images so tweeted it. You can swap out the stock for potato soup or beef stock for black coddle. The white coddle is nicer though. Screw the season lightly. Loads of white pepper is key.

Dammit that recipie doesn’t mention thyme and parsley and carrots and celery. Them too.
And you dont need to Layer or anything. Cut the spuds in quarters and Just chuck it all in as with a stew
