I’m not sure how that would work or have any effect on him. He’s a droid.

Yeah, just saw that Hamill Tweet. Poor taste. It's very possible, those kids will get teased by other kids with something like: "Luke Skywalker hates you and your family" These are the unintended consequences when you Tweet or include the image of children in political attack Tweet.
Not trying to change anyone's opinion or extend the argument, but wanted to state my humble opinion.

That's the new left today, they preach and preach and act like the party they despise. I used to be a liberal but I don't know where I stand anymore.Coach wrote:Yeah, just saw that Hamill Tweet. Re: Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker
I wouldnt identify left or right. These are dumb constructs from America born out of stuff like McCarthyism and thrust into the day and age. Where they don’t belong.
Left right ‘libtard/snowflake’ etc. the whole things a construct really only used by hardline lunatics on the internet and it’s deeper into public conscious. Certainly around the time trump arrived.
I think trump and all his family are scumbags and everything they stand for is appalling and abhorrent.
That doesn’t make me left. That just says I have eyes and can see.

Possibly as early as this Monday coming.
I don’t know what Monday night football games are on or coming.
It’ll be during one of them

Re: Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker
This coming Monday is Browns at 49ers. Also, this Friday (tomorrow) is Triple Force Friday right? So, it would kind of make sense to drop it this Monday, the Monday following TFF.
Next Monday night is Lions at Packers, though. And that might be a bigger audience draw. It's also a way to dominate a week that's a bit further away from TFF, which could be a good strategy, too. Keep Star Wars all over the news for three consecutive weeks, really build the hype.
Either way, I think it's likely to drop in the next two weeks. But we'll just have to wait and see.

Exciting.
Toy leaks all over the place from the big day tomorrow.
Careful what you open.
They’re sometimes quite revealing.

I’m about equally excited for the theatrical poster, usually released on the same day.

Re: Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker
It's looking more and more like that mock-up posted months ago is the basis for the new poster. If so, I'm excited to see the real thing, but I really hope it's a new design that we haven't already seen a terrible lay-out/mock-up of.Anders wrote:I’m about equally excited for the theatrical poster, usually released on the same day.

i cherish these last few months before a star wars movie, when dime warns everyone of spoilers as a thinly veiled attempt to get people to read those spoilers, so he can talk about them openly.

Ehhh it’s just the opposite? Telling people to be careful what they open isn’t anything but that. Not really interested in spoilers. Dropped out of reading them months back.

A new design would be nice. For The Last Jedi the posters might have been the best part of the movie, 10/10.durdencommatyler wrote:It's looking more and more like that mock-up posted months ago is the basis for the new poster. Haha holy shit I just saw some of the toys. If true, very fucking cool. You've been warned, don't open spoiler if you don't want to know.blueviper wrote:dimejinky99 wrote:Exciting.
