yeah on paper but they're succumbing to the pressure. mayfield isn't sneaking up on anyone anymore either.
I was high on the Browns this season and continue to bet them, but at this point it's clear that Mayfield is kind of a like a second year starter in MLB. Hitters tend to be baffled by a new pitcher at first, then the pitcher has to adjust once the hitters make the adjust in Year 2. So, I think the remainder of this year and next is up to Mayfield to adjust whatever he's doing wrong to stay ahead of the defense. Based on his interviews and how he carries himself, it's seems like he can do it.

Speaking of QBs....oh Jimmy G......I can't help but think you were the one who got away....
Jimmy was pretty inconsistent last night though. They just had a solid running game.
I still love how quickly he releases the football.

I haven't been paying much attention, but everybody's out here saying Russell Wilson for MVP.

For a guy in Seattle to get that kind of pub, it must be legit.

Wilson has looked great this year. I'm super impressed with what he's doing and I've always been a fan.

I'm honestly worried about this Chiefs team. I had a bad feeling about today. And (as I told doug in another thread a few days ago) I have a really bad feeling about Thursday night as well. I think we drop three in row.

Hope I'm wrong. But this team looks busted. Too many injuries. The O-line is a shambles. No run D. Mahomes (who is more banged up than they are letting on) can't do it alone. If this line can't give him 4 secs (with his ankle the way it is), these Chiefs are in trouble.

I still think they win the West. Probably end 11-5. But I'm not liking what I see. Hopefully, they get healthy at the right time.

I’d feel better about a sack of hammers coaching my team than Dan Quinn.

Hey doug, I actually have a bet going with my boss. He thinks the Chiefs will win Thursday night and I actually bet AGAINST them. I just shook hands on a bet that the Chiefs will lose to Denver.

I feel disgusting...

I would stay far away from any bet on this game. On a short week, I can see anything ranging between a second straight Denver defensive dismantling to KC putting up a 40 burger. But I will agree that the Chiefs have a tough path ahead, not just this game but GB and MIN lurking behind it.

If the Broncos do win this puts the AFC West wide fucking open, especially if the Packers do their job next week.
