I remember Ed sounding terrible.
2011
What was difficult to accept was that it seemed like Ed's voice was getting better each tour from 1998 to 2006. You saw some cracks in 2008, but I chalked that up to a short tour and then in 2009 it fell off.
I really enjoyed his voice on Backspacer though. BB got the best out of Ed, sans the day he recorded Just Breath with a cold.
I've been listening to Speed of Sound regularly for the last few days. I can look past whatever melodramatic insult that can be hurled. What gets me is the ending and then that shitty guitar tone on Force of Nature. WHY?!?!

Ever notice how the final moments of Force of Nature sound just like the final moments of November Rain?
I don’t think I’ve ever made it to the final moments of Force Of Nature

Don't you like Amongst the Waves?
Love it
I'm sorry.
You're sorry I like something? That's pretty dark, bud.
