I know they aren't chips, but I thought my struggle with Cheez-its vs. Better Cheddars was bad enough, then I just ate a bag of Cheese Nips.

yeah man table crackers for cheese are essential.

I am not a chicken in a biskit guy. I honestly can't remember if I'm supposed to like them and so have faked it for a long time or not, though. Either way, the truth in my soul is that I'm not a fan.

picked up a Carr’s 6 pack from Costco a few days ago which should set me up nicely for wine and cheese for a while

I've kind of gotten away from traditional crackers like Wheat Thins, Triscuits, and Ritz. Although a few of the flavored Triscuits are good. And Wheat Thins are great for the great southern staple, pimento cheese.
