I like to eat crackers with just straight up butter on them (cold, right outta the fridge) ... and the correct answer is that Chikn In A Bizkit crackers are disgusting.

I used to do this with saltines when I was a kid. Haven't tried it in decades, tho.Bammer wrote:I like to eat crackers with just straight up butter on them (cold, right outta the fridge)

Club crackers with cold butter smeared on but must be enjoyed along with a cup of hot tea & sugar. Earl gray tea . And the cup must have a saucer and the bag stays in the whole time.
*P.S. I just learned that you're not supposed to wrap the string around tea bag nestled in spoon to strangle out those last tea drops. It does nothing but release bitter remnants. I NEVER KNEW THIS

Re: I think it is time for a thread about crackers
I have tried the Captain's Wafers. It's a 5-star review. Buttery, salty - the less-showy, rural cousin of Club crackers. Slightly firmer than Club, which may make them superior.
I would like to compare them in a blind taste test.
