It would be awesome if, after a Colorado mountain town viewing, strat was walking out of the theater and the audience broke out singing "A Touch of Grey".Strat wrote:Been to opening night on allthe new star wars. Ive actually had good experiences. I guess there aren't too many dork fans here in the mountains. Or, at least, the people that do go are just super excited about seeing a star wars movie again. Always been a fun experience with joyous people and no internet assholes.

Oh man, I never thought of that. That would be weird.E.H. Ruddock wrote:I imagine the experience was similar to when Skitch took his kids to the My Little Pony movie and there were nothing but Bronies there. Although that was probably way creepier.blueviper wrote:I bet that guy felt pretty good about himself when he got home.E.H. Ruddock wrote:When I saw TLJ, I went with a friend and his two young kids. They are like 8 and 12, and just getting into Star Wars and loving it. One of them said something while we were waiting to get in that was just a kid being a kid and probably not factually correct. Some grown ass man and self declared "huge" Star Wars fan, corrected her. GTFO with that shit. It's why I'll probably avoid opening night. I want to enjoy the whole experience, and stuff like that just ruins it for me.
“Mom? Dad? I just correct a kid while in line for The Last Jedi!”
Mom: “when are you moving out of our house?”

The last time I was in the US was this day five years ago for PJ in Brooklyn.
So I wasn’t the guy in the cinema correcting the little Girl so don’t even start.
Having said that, if you don’t correct kids, they’ll never learn.
This is what’s wrong with society dammit

You should correct your own kid, or niece/nephew in the proper way.dimejinky99 wrote:Having said that, if you don’t correct kids, they’ll never learn.

I look forward to dissecting every frame of the trailer but im not holding out hopes that it will actually tell us much at all of the main storylines. Im sure it will hit all the necessary spots to get me excited, though.
