A Guided Tour of Eleven
Eleven begins with a punchy rocker, followed by a track that is absolutely drenched in strings.

I just love how they follow that shittier Lukin song with a brooding midtempo song about the ocean and waves. Ah man, there's soo much plastic in the ocean, makes me sad...

A really thought provoking acoustic track about rusted signs and their meaning follows.

A fresh and welcome return to form. After two albums that saw the band pay homage to The Strokes and The Hives, the band is back doing what they do best, 21st century classic rock. Ed's fresh take on today's politics put through a tsunami of emotional honesty and please for change. Matt and Jeff hold everything together. From the fast, punk rockers Hilary and To The Sea to the heartfelt Grow Old With Me, the rhythm tandem explore and get the most from every song. Stone keeps things interesting with variations on the chugga-chugga riffs he's made famous. The icing on the cake is Mike, then man is on fire everywhere. He even throws in some of his best lyrics on Art, My Best Friend and Empty Glass, My Oldest Friend.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.

Then I realize those are not worse than the lyrics to My Father’s Son and

Re: A Guided Tour of Eleven
Are you saying I'm as lyrically talented as PJ?
