Bringing some bagels into work today and thought about all of you.

You wouldn't think it, but there are a handful of respectable New Yorker owned Jewish shops scattered around Houston. Had a great convo with the owner of this one the other day. Learned that he opened 30 years ago and started with an insane 25 flavors of coffee. He quickly trimmed it down to regular drip which was probably a wise idea.
