If they didn’t do anything at all about it in TROS, it would not work out well. Have to disagree there.

One of the limitations of TLJ was how it picked up right where the Force Awakens ended. It didn't give enough time for the characters to really grow or develop. I'm really looking forward to see what changes have taken place with each of them after the events of the first two films. I can understand where you're coming from in regards to hoping for more information on Rey's background, but that growth can still happen without it.Anders wrote:If they didn’t do anything at all about it in TROS, it would not work out well. Hopefully we see it on screen too and it's just not PR lip service.dimejinky99 wrote:Monkey_Driven wrote:One of the limitations of TLJ was how it picked up right where the Force Awakens ended. Guys, imagine if Trevorrow was indeed going to close this saga? My god what poor judgment Lucas Arts have sometimes.
To be fair hes made massive $1 billion block busters and some beautiful smaller movies. He had one critical blip.
But yeah I agree.
anyone directing JW would have made it a billion dollars. The name carried it most of the way. Sure as heck wasn't the actual movie(s)
