If they didn’t do anything at all about it in TROS, it would not work out well. Have to disagree there.

One of the limitations of TLJ was how it picked up right where the Force Awakens ended. It didn't give enough time for the characters to really grow or develop. I'm really looking forward to see what changes have taken place with each of them after the events of the first two films. I can understand where you're coming from in regards to hoping for more information on Rey's background, but that growth can still happen without it.
