So, a few more thoughts. And in them it will cover why I think Joey won't like this episode and the direction this is going:

I love that he is now the bounty, and that the other Mandalorians will be involved. They may be making this about Mandalore a lot more now (which is why Joey may not like it). Also, that scientist didn't want it harmed, so I wonder if we will hear from him again.

The only thing that bothers me is the whole helmet thing. Not removing their helmets isn't a "Mandalorian Way". We saw plenty of them without their helmets on in Clone Wars and Rebels.
