No just the first in a long time. Watched raiders earlier (see previous post)

The whole bit at the campfire and Indy and short round having the argument about cheating at cards. In chinese. While totally ignoring willy as she falls around from horror to horror beasties and they aren’t even listening.

Just golden. So much funny.

Wow, I haven't thought about Temple of Doom in years. I saw it the theaters as a kid and the sacrifice scene got in my head. I saw the same thing many years later and it seemed tame in comparison to even some of The Walking Dead type gore now.

Its a very well crafted movie with great performances from both J Lo and Wu. Great cinematography.

Totally agree. Probably JLo's best. Of her career, I mean.

yeah, probably.
It helps her that her acting career is ...not good. She was a force when she started for sure ( Money Train, The Cell, Out of Sight, Blood and Wine are all masterpieces) but then everything she did was just plain awful.

the one DVD that has survived several moves.

Helps that it's autographed by Carpenter.

I watched Life Aquatic last night for the first time in at least 10 years. I had forgotten just how damn great that film is.

annual Planes, Trains & Automobiles rewatch. I wonder if a full cut exists with the fight that blacked Del's eye.
