We're bashing Marvel movies because they are fucking trash and are turning our society into a bunch of 15 year olds.

I don't know what that movie is but the Irishman wasn't any good. Still better than Ironman though.

Isn't art a reflection of society? Our generation not growing up made the world this way, not the other way around.

Marvel movies are not art, they're a bag of Oreo cookies you eat with your eyes.

But there's like 4 of those. They didn't saturate the industry like marvel did for the last ten years. I was into the marvel stuff in the beginning, but then it got to be too much

that weren't all indie artsy

or about other eras

or depressing stuff like divorce and wars

or some personal triumph story

basically i just want to watch instructional videos on fishing

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

OH, AND FUCK THAT STUPID RACCOON
I mostly agree, but they bring my niece and nephew a lot of joy and I'm sure I would have loved them when I was a kid, so I can't really be mad.

Anyway, this is how it's always been. In the 80s they based whole movies / cartoon series off of toys.
This is not how it's always been, you have a child's understanding of the world.

LV's just absolutely dogshit opinions on these relatively obscure and/or peak mass culture movies are what this board is missing the most. There are plenty of people out there who have seen all the Scorsese movies but there's only one guy who's seen basically every film and is still willing to say that Goosebumps 3D is better than The Pianist.
