I take back everything I said he's got Amongst the Waves at #23.

He put Amongst The Waves on it and left off Present Tense?

Also he went a little heavy on b sides(Dirty Frank is not that good).

"60 Best Pearl Jam Songs" in which two of them are covers (granted, one is simply bundled with an original) and he complains that "I Got Shit" doesn't technically count as a Pearl Jam song. The list ain't too bad on the whole. I disagree with some of the placements, and I don't think I'd include anything from the last two albums, but it's clearly a relatively carefully considered list from a fan of the band's whole catalog.

My sister got married to this song. There’s a good chance one of your family members or friends also got married to this song. Yes, it’s a little corny. But the fact that PJ waited nearly two decades before writing a love song this universal, and then totally stuck the landing, makes it feel more like an achievement than a concession.
I went with Parachutes

Ed played a short, private set in San Francisco on Nov. 20 at the Yerba Buena Center. For completest sake this appears to have been the set:

1. Keep Me in Your Heart for a While
2. Wildflowers
3. Far Behind
4. Here Comes the Sun
5. Rise
6. Can't Keep
7. Porch.

The nature of lists like that is they are subjective to the individual creating them but no way should Immortality barely make the cut of the top 60 Pearl Jam.
Similarly I like Unthought Known but Top 10?

I was placed on hold and the opening bars to the hold music were identical to I’m Open, but then it built into totally different elevator music that made me (1) disappointed that I didn’t get to listen to Pearl Jam on hold and (2) curious on who wrote it first.

random guy next to me on a bus playing original studio album 'evenflow' on his earbuds so loud i could hear the whole thing

i was tempted to go take a piss but there was no place to do so

then he skimmed through Vs - I was momentarily excited to hear the first few seconds of 'Glorified G' - but then terribly dismayed to hear him flip through the next few songs and ultimately back to Ten and settle on original studio album 'Jeremy'

PJ reference in the latest ep of Stumptown. Main character listening to YL. Of course.

Was it used earnestly or ironically?
