PJ is a complete nostalgia act for me now, and have been for a while. I have great memories and strong feelings associated with their music. At this point, anything they release just feels like a nicety, but anticipated with bated breath that they don’t tarnish their legacy or my personal history with the music.

Oh my god pearl jam how can you not make this shit happen correctly?

Now you can listen to over 400 live pearl jam shows via nugs.net streaming service for $19.90/month. If Neil Young can make this part of his subscrition on his website, why the fuck can't pearl jam make this part of their $40/year ten club membership on their site?

Possibly because they suck...
Or perhaps a majority of those that may have truly been interested have already obtained some if not all of these releases and they'd like to recoup some cash. Wonder if they'll pull the officials from archive.org as well.

It's amazing how effective Pearl Jam have been at making me completely lose interest in them.

I never listen to them anymore, even the stuff I like, and if they released an album today I don't think I'd bother with it.
