To be fair I have all his Star Wars pods saved and his LOTR episodes.
I don’t believe in cancel culture and me listening to his work isn’t going to affect his ex’s life or anyone’s so I don’t see the point deleting

Each to their own though.

Ok three minutes in and it sounds like two kids who’ve had way too much soda pop and they’re bouncing all over the place

Abandoned that pod and just put on phantom menace with my housemate who hasn’t seen it in years.

They’re very very hyperactive and not at all as funny as they think they are.

There are times when I think this too, but sometime they really make me laugh. Especially if you've been listening to previous binge mode series. Tons of inside jokes.

That's the thing, they have their own lexicon now. It's not unlike the RU Talking REM RE: Me? pod. Or this place.

Right. I just wish the episodes weren't so long.

To be completely fair when they get into it they’re insightful and interesting.

The delivery though in the run up to that can get in th way though

But mileage may very on humour or internal jokes or even pods themselves

If you’re loving it go for it.

I can feel you there. I also wish they were shorter, in general. But on the flip side the show feels shorter to me than a lot of other pods I listen to that are just as long. What I'm saying is that it's entertaining and informative enough that it usually flies by, for me.

Most Star Wars podcasts are hosted by Rhodes Scholars and could be mistaken for BBC News updates, so I can see how Binge Mode could be off-putting.

tried listening to the BM Mando podcasts and they sound like they're on their fifth can of red bull and it's not even 10 AM wherever they are. you're right: once you get past that stuff it is an interesting conversation but they need to normalize their recording because yelling at me at random times is not how I enjoy my podcasts.

Binge Mode's Last Jedi pod was tremendous. Their Mando episodes can be a bit meandering and hyper but both the Force Awakens and Last Jedi recaps have been measured, articulate, and thorough.

Nice.

I'm going in order on the films. I'm still on Rogue One. But I'm looking forward to hearing the ST eps.

Also, agree that The Mando eps are far more hyper than the movie eps.
