I get why you'd want this but I don't think it would play out how you hope. The vast majority of the jamily is going to ignore performance quality. Something like early days Seattle performance with a strong setlist is exactly the type of show that is going to win the vote. Regardless of how good or bad the band, or sound quality, was that night.liebzz wrote:A fan voted vault release with a number of choices based on what they have that they can master sounds like a great idea.

See and I think you would get mostly performances from 93-96, not necessarily hometown shows, but I am thinking that could be a wild guess. You could be right though I think if the choice were made to 10C members it wouldn’t only be early shows.

The jamily definitely lacks the ability to critically evaluate a performance.Citizen Dick wrote:I get why you'd want this but I don't think it would play out how you hope. I remember when they used to hold that stuff until they'd shipped all the vinyl.dad wrote:the entire vault 9 show is now on Spotify, possibly other streaming services too.

Re: Vault #9: Seattle 12-8-1993
I listened to it on my way home. Its an intense show, pretty standard for that era. They were so heavy back then, its always welcome to go back and feel that...even if i prefer other years for sure. Ed sounds so weird in Release, i almost forgot how he sang in 1992 or 1993. He improved so much.dad wrote:the entire vault 9 show is now on Spotify, possibly other streaming services too.
Who is the guest on RITFW? Doug Pinnick?
Anyway the band sounds awesome, Jeff is great in the mix and Dave A. Good ol´Dave A.
BONE FUCKIN´ TOMAHAWK.
