Could be an issue with Android 8.0. The S7s are starting to get a bit old now. They're sitting a whole version level behind.

Does the same issue occur in another browser, e.g. Firefox, Opera, etc.?

Scroll down, touch "sitch to mobile site" and hold for a second or two. The browser won't follow the link and the text box will shrink off the buttons.

It doesn't do it if you quote someone. That was my workaround. I just had to delete the quote if I didn't really want to quote

That's what I've been doing, too!

Haven't tried what B suggested yet though.

I tried it and it works but is more annoying. For a few days I had a completely obstructed view and had no choice but to use the quote way.

Now regular posting is back to 99 3% again and I can do it via either enlargement or precise fingering.
