Finished Resistance Reborn. Definitely not a must read by any means but a fun adventure.
Spoiler: show
For those that have red both Bloodlines and Resistance....i was glad to see Ransolm come back and i would love it if he ends up in Skywalker - Though I doubt that happens.

Also a fun adventure with Wedge Antilles that i was hoping he'd end up back in Skywalker as well. Sounds like he's heading back to the farm for a quiet life outside the resistance.

A spoiler would have been nice for that info about Wedge.

I'm about 1/3rd in. Not a must read for me either so far, but still enjoying it. Won't finish by TROS.

The Twitter reviews of this have confirmed some of my concerns about this movie, but I'm still really excited to see it!

Sounds like this is going to be very dividing. Can't wait for the bannings and locked threads on RM!

Maybe it will unite people in appreciating how good TLJ was.

The two complaints i saw that really bummed me out was
Spoiler: show
there may be a lot of reversing of what happened in the last jedi, and that it is not unlike ROTJ. neither of which surprise me considering its JJ Abrams.

I'm not surprised by the former, or the latter. :?

My biggest concern?
Spoiler: show
The complaints of way too much exposition. This is the final installment off the trilogy. It shouldn't need to introduce so much!

Seeing a few reviews saying that it is undoing what Johnson did. Or trying to "correct" it, and in the process makes the storyline too convoluted.

So the gist of it seems to be

Rian Johnson - ‘ I made the most contentious Star Wars film!’

JJ Abrams - ‘hold my beer’

It’s disgusting and hilarious watching all the same fucking assholes now rushing to defend Rian Johnson now.

And they haven’t even seen the film yet. They’re going off tweets
