My bullshit meter was pinging heavily when SPLC declared Idaho to have the most hate groups per capita in the nation a couple years ago. When I took a look at some of those groups I recall finding that some were just one fuckwad with a website spewing racist shit. I feel redeemed that others dug into that much deeper, and confirmed not only that problem, but even more! Here's a longer critique on this organization:

Protesters tore down the Confederate statue that used to be on UNC's campus. Because they don't want to fight a court battle against racists, UNC paid the Sons of the Confederacy $2.5 million in tax-payer dollars to build a new, off-campus, display for the statue.
SotC celebrated by taking pictures of themselves throwing up KKK signs with the statue.
