There is a great Jewish/Mexican burger place here that makes Green Chile Cheddar Latkes, absolutely delicious.

They already had great stuff like a pastrami burger, green chile queso burger and the like, and they recently opened a brick & mortar and added El Paso style burritos and some other stuff. All fantastic. The owner is really nice too, he found out I did anti-racist work one day when I went there and gave me free drinks.
