Title RYM / IMDB / RT / RTA
Star Wars: A New Hope 3.88 / 8.6 / 93 / 96
The Empire Strikes Back 4.08 / 8.7 / 94 / 97
Return of the Jedi 3.65 / 8.3 / 82 / 94

Phantom Menace 2.28 / 6.5 / 53 / 59
Attack of the Clones 2.21 /6.6 / 65 / 56
Revenge of the Sith 2.83 / 7.5 / 80 / 66

The Force Awakens 3.16 / 7.9 / 93 / 86
Rogue One 3.13 / 7.8 / 83 / 86
The Last Jedi 2.81 / 6.9 / 91 / 42
Solo 2.87 / 6.9 / 70 / 63

The Rise Of Skywalker 2.62 / 7.0 / 57 / 86

Too early for TROS so far, as the scores will certainly fluctuate. I think the movie is great, no matter what the scores say, but would be nice if the scores improved a bit.

RYM = Rate Your Music
IMDB = International Movie Database
RT = Rotten Tomatoes
RTA = Rotten Tomatoes Audience Score

TPM and AOTC are clearly flawed, I think we've discussed that to death.

I like and enjoy Solo, I even had it higher on the list here last time. But it has some issues. Especially with the lead actor not having anywhere near the charisma of Harrison Ford, and the story being a bit weak.

If The Last Jedi was to rise in my rankings, it would have to be above those. I am very fond of Rogue One and The Revenge Of The Sith, and think TLJ is the weakest of the three sequels.

Then I think of the weak parts of TLJ. Especially the whole Canto Bight part, Poe's role in the movie, Finn's role in the movie, a certain part of Luke's portrayal, the chase sequence with the low fuel, the bickering inside the rebellion, the corny shootout near the end with the Rose/Finn sequence, Snoke, the poor humour, and it is so easy to put it last. I'll watch it again today actually. Certainly not the worst movie I can think of, I love Star Wars, even the prequels.

One these we can agree, though I find some of the jokes to be funny. There are some pretty silly parts and logic gaps in every SW movie.

Yes, Star Wars will be Star Wars, and sometimes it's goofy and silly. However, I feel like the humour is done much better in all the other new movies. K-2SO is just fantastic.

With the caveat that RoS is still too new to accurately rank, here's where I'm at right now:

Last Jedi
Empire
Rogue One
Force Awakens
Rise
New Hope
Return of the Jedi
Solo
Attack of the Clones
Phantom Menace
Sith
Clone Wars

Empire
A New Hope
Return of the Jedi
The Last Jedi
Rogue One
The Force Awakens
The Phantom Menace
The Rise of Skywalker
Revenge of the Sith
Attack of the Clones

Never saw Solo, and TLJ/Rogue One and Phantom Menace/ROS I think are pretty interchangeable, and I've also had much less chance to sit with some of these than others.

I think one other question that'd be interesting is how many of these movies are 'classic' 10 out of 10s to people. I've found that as much as I love the series, Empire might be the only one I think is unimpeachable.

Any of you consider the sequel trilogy better than the original?
