Yeah and conversation with those two is phenomenal. Also, to your spoiler:
Spoiler: show
if current Elliot is in the machine, how is alternate Elliot there too? How would the machine create an Elliot with previously uploading him in some capacity?

Preexisting Elliot exists as Angela and his dad wanted him to exist. That Elliot was created by others that knew him - he's a character in their afterlife. That would explain why Preexisting Elliot deviated far from Real Elliot. Real Elliot looked identical to the living Elliot.

What we thought we knew as elliot was not him, it was the mastermind, who finally let go of being the dominant personality. So in essence, who we saw through all those seasons isn't even what he looks like. What a mind blowing finale.

It was almost like an epilogue after the deus group conclusion was the finale for the four seasons. I loved it so much

Wow. At the ending of the first half, I was not sold, but I think I'm fully onboard. So many shows have tried to do this (re-contextualizing the whole show with the finale), and so few shows are successful; this one's tried to do it two or three times in the final season alone. That also has one of my favorite last moments in a finale I can remember.
Spoiler: show
Darlene's "hello, Elliot" really got me.

Yeah they really emphasized Darlene as the reality check this season. It was great

I was hoping the real Elliot would turn out to be
look like Wellick or that Wellick would be one of his personalities.

I have been thinking about this one. Powerful finale. I loved it.
Spoiler: show
I dont think the real elliot is different from the mastermind look wise. I think its the same dude...Something along the lines of Dom the cop telling him You are not this guy kinda makes me think that...Also about Wellick...i was expecting to see his face at the end, im glad it didnt happened and Wellick is a different guy

I was fine with not seeing who he looked like, it wasn't essential to me, but it drove my wife nuts. Darlene was more important this season than I ever thought she would be.
