I may be misinterpreting what I saw and have read since but I believe Palpatine was able to heal himself by drawing on the power of Rey and Ben's dyad life energy (versus just absorbing their "run of the mill" force powers). Same goes for Rey being able to heal. If correct, does this then mean Baby Yoda is linked with someone?

I'm not sure that's an accurate reading of TROS.

So, my quick answer to your question is no. But I'm open to being swayed in a different direction.

Right. Palps didn't know about the dyad. That part you're right about (or at least that's the same way I took it). I was referring to the idea that Rey could heal JUST because she's a dyad. That's the part that I don't agree with.

Somehow i feel they introduced the force healing here because it was going to be a big thing in the movie and they needed it to be canon and have it in another SW related thing that wasnt a book ( because of its reach)

Kaminoan cloning emblems, cloned Snokes in tanks, Palpatine partially reconstructed, force healing by the Child and the dyad. I’m thinking the elements are all right there.

I finally watched the first 7 episodes of this. Fun series. I liked the part where he beats people up. And baby yoda comes across way less creepy live in the show than on all the memes.

i haven't read the last 87 pages of this thread - but is Carl Weathers the only black actor they know or something? weird that he would be in this series but not as Lando. but maybe the producers don't know any other black actors
