Re: Top TV Shows/Experiences of the Decade
Twin Peaks: The Return. Hands down. This was a series that looked the idea of nostalgia and rebooting in the face and said "no." Not since LOST has there been a show that had me scrambling for internet recaps, theories and discussion after each week's episode. Watching The Return reminded me that weekly viewing is still #1.
I'll also add Mrs. Maisel to your list. This has been a fantastic show that seems to get better each season. I never got on board with the whole Mad Men thing, but this one feels like it's tapping into the same mid-century New York thing, without feeling too stylish. The story somehow always comes first, among the many extended performances within episodes.

Any love for Terriers? I really liked that show and I remember watching it die too soon.

Joey.
Did you seriously just delete your response to my Maisel post, edit your OP to include the show, then delete the evidence of the edit? That's next level mod work.

Re: Top TV Shows/Experiences of the Decade
I meant to edit my post with my new list and change it to "updated" and then edit my OP to reflect that new list. But I'm a dumbass and instead I changed the Maisel response to "updated" which necessitated me deleted the following list.
Then I updated the OP.
Then I updated the OP.

Two that haven't been mentioned so far: Delocated (which started in 2008, but most episodes aired in 2010 or later) and Review.

Re: Top TV Shows/Experiences of the Decade
Less great, but great at times
Walking Dead
True Blood (but the best seasons were last decade, I think)
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
I loved The Killing, but I'm in the minority.
