Whole30 challenge. An extreme form of Paleo or keto for thirty days. No dairy, grain, legumes, sugar, alcohol, or processed foods for a month. Snacking between meals is discouraged too. Yes to meat, eggs, salts, veggies, certain fatty oils, and fruits.

The idea is to eliminate potential problem causes in your diet. In my case, I want to figure out why I always feel so bloated and fatigued. There's also supposed to be a feeling of pride in defeating your cravings and bad habits. We will see.

I think I accidentally consumed some sugar at a brewery today. They had a kombucha on tap, which is supposed to be the only approved "alcohol", but this batch might have had some evaporated cane juice on the ingredients list.
